- Greet and register patients
- Schedule patient appointment
- Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals
- Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
- Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ level
- Some experience in customer service / admin is preferred
- Able to start work immediately or short notice
Office hours, 5.5days
Various locations: Tampines / Pasir Ris / Marine Parade / Bedok
