Job Objective
- Responsible for management of assigned cleaning areas and team.
- Respond and remedy to customer’s feedback within Sentosa contract.
- Assist and support Operations Manager in day-to-day operational activities.
Core Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections to ensure assigned work area meets/exceeds contractual requirements.
- Ensure that all staff adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Perform periodic cleaning as per scheduled by Operations Manager.
- Reporting of faulty machines to supervisor, if applicable.
- To undertake the cleaning duties as directed by Operations Manager/Operations Supervisor according to client’s request and specification.
- To transport staff or stocks as per required.
- To attend to feedback from customer.
- Support and manage event cleaning when required.
Key Job-Specific Competency Requirements
- Valid Class 3 & 4 driving license
- Excellent driving skills
- Good knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Good and responsible team player
- Willing to travel within assigned area
