Care Support Associate (Healthcare)
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across treatment, consultation, procedure and phototherapy areas.
- Clean and disinfect treatment areas, equipment and frequently touched surfaces between patients where required.
- Manage clean and dirty linen appropriately, including replenishment and general housekeeping.
- Maintain cleanliness of clean/dirty utility rooms and storage areas.
- Perform proper waste segregation, disposal and spill management in accordance with infection control procedures.
- Carry out scheduled cleaning tasks, including monthly fridge cleaning.
- Monitor and replenish clinic, housekeeping and infection control supplies to ensure adequate stock for patient care.
- Report cleanliness, stock or infection control concerns to the nurse in charge
Requirement
- Minimum Secondary School education / Certificate in Healthcare Assistant Course (Outpatient) or equivalent
