Logistics Admin Assistant @ West - Bonus / Company Transport Provided / MNC
Job Summary:
- Basic Salary: Up to $2200, OT payable (Monthly Gross up to $2700)
- Location: Tanjong Penjuru
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30AM - 6.00PM

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare delivery orders, shipping documents, invoices, and reports.
- Assist daily logistics operations, track shipments, schedule routes, and coordinate drivers.
- WMS/TMS Administration: Maintain warehouse and transport management systems and handle document filing.
- Handle inquiries, coordinate with suppliers, and resolve schedule or service issues.
- Manage meetings, correspondence, calendars, and replenish office/warehouse supplies
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable with light physical tasks (lifting/carrying stock).
