🔥 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As part of our culinary team, you will be actively involved in the preparation and service of authentic Japanese dishes.

Your responsibilities may include:

🍳 Preparing ingredients, mise en place and sauces according to recipes and standards
🔪 Handling and preparing meat, seafood, vegetables and other ingredients
🍣 Assisting with the preparation and presentation of Japanese dishes
🔥 Supporting your assigned kitchen station during service
👨‍🍳 Working closely with senior Chefs to maintain consistency and quality
📋 Following recipes, portion control and food presentation standards
🧼 Maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic workstation
📦 Assisting with stock preparation, storage and kitchen organisation
🚀 Continuously learning new techniques and developing your culinary skills
