Provide technical support for PET/CET programmes, projects and events, including support during and after office hours.
* Set up, test, operate and troubleshoot IT, media, studio and related equipment.
Assist staff and students with the proper handling and use of HMIS equipment and facilities.
* Manage inventory, asset tracking, equipment loans, stocktaking, disposal and asset movement.
•Handle procurement activities, software licence tracking, renewals and coordination with vendors.
* Maintain and troubleshoot MacBooks, iMacs, PCs, radio/video equipment and studio systems.
* Perform software installation, updates, firmware updates and routine preventive maintenance.
* Prepare multi-camera studio setups and archive radio and video recordings.
•Liaise with contractors and vendors for equipment servicing, maintenance and delivery.
Generate facility utilisation reports and perform other
operational/administrative duties as assigned.
