⏰ Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm
🗓️ Duration: Immediate – 3 months (extendable / convertible)
💰 Pay: $12/hour + incentive

🌟 What You’ll Learn & Do:
• Source candidates across multiple recruitment platforms
• Screen and assess candidates for different roles
• Arrange and coordinate interviews
• Handle last-minute changes, candidate issues and unexpected situations
• Learn how to convince and close candidates for suitable opportunities
• Support day-to-day recruitment operations

✅ Requirements:
• Min. A Levels / Diploma / Degree
• Can navigate different personalities and situations
• Quick on your feet - able to react when plans change
• Able to handle volume - comfortable juggling multiple candidates and vacancies
• Proactive - sees what needs to be done and takes action
• Resilient - doesn't give up easily when candidates reject or drop out
• Adaptable - can learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment

No recruitment experience? That's okay - we'll train you.
Experience in sales, customer service, retail, F&B, events or other fast-paced environments is a plus.
