Information:
- Location: City Hall
- Working hours: Flexible, based on event schedules
Job Scope:
- Deliver excellent customer service by handling general inquiries and feedback from the public
- Oversee event operations to ensure seamless execution
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate performances and activities
- Ensure accurate pre-event setup for all functions
- Manage crowd control and enforce safety protocols
- Supervise the sale of merchandise, programs, and related items during events
- Conduct briefings and debriefings with ushers before and after events
- Submit daily reports promptly, documenting any incidents and managing lost & found items
- Coordinate post-event logistics, including setup clearance and strike activities
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in relevant discipline or related course with 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience in event management
- Flexible availability to accommodate varying event schedules and shifts
- Excellent communication skills
