Koffee Kollective is looking for dedicated, passionate, and responsible Part-Time Baristas to join our growing team. If you love coffee, enjoy connecting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. This is an opportunity to work in a fun, energetic environment and be part of a team committed to bringing Koffee Kollective to the next level.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve quality coffee, matcha, and other beverages.
- Deliver warm, efficient, and memorable customer service.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene, and outlet operations.
- Assist with opening, closing, stock replenishment, and basic equipment care.
- Support pop-ups, events, marketing activities, and other brand-growth initiatives when required.
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming Koffee Kollective experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Dedicated, passionate, responsible, and reliable individuals.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, good communication skills, and strong attention to detail.
- Able to commit to assigned shifts and work at either outlet depending on operational needs.
- A valid Food Hygiene Certificate is a must.
- Barista or café experience is a bonus, but a willingness to learn and grow with the team is equally important.
What We Offer
- Pay from S$11 to S$14 per hour, depending on experience, performance, and shift requirements.
