Highlights:

Min 3 months commitment (Extendable contract depending on working performance)
Morning and Afternoon slots available (Only work 3 days fixed schedule per week)
Morning: 7am to 2.30pm (Thu, Fri, Sat)
Afternoon: 2.30pm to 10.30pm (Thu, Fri, Sat)
Salary is depending on the shift schedule; PH with double pay

Job Descriptions:

Assist with crowd control within the department
Attend to general inquiries, provide clear directions, and support patients and visitors with empathy and professionalism
Help to calm anxious or distressed patients and family members, especially in high-stress emergency situations, ensuring a reassuring and composed presence
Carry out other ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors or nursing staff, including administrative or logistical support when needed

Requirements:

Min GCE O-Level, ITE, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
Able to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Comfortable interacting with patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals from diverse backgrounds
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
