Full Shift 8-9h, Half Shift 5-6h. Preferably at least 2-3 shifts a week, feel free to choose days of work.

☁️ Responsibilities

Understand fundamental knowledge of flavour profiles, foundations of local robusta coffee, Japanese teas to offer thoughtful recommendations to customers
Brew & serve a variety of high-quality Matcha & other Japanese Tea beverages while prioritising product consistency, quality & visual presentation during serving
Maintain accuracy & consistency throughout the crafting of beverages, aligning with SOPs
Greet customers with genuine warmth, friendly service, & a smile!
Thrive in a fast-paced, active environment; be on your feet & handle service duties with efficiency
Maintain a clean, orderly workspace, countertops, environment
Use all equipment, electronics & tools with care
Communicate clearly & proactively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
Carry out general housekeeping, restocking, inventory management & any other assigned duties
Conduct proper Opening & Closing duties
