Job Summary
Clinic assistant or nurse role in a dermatology specialist clinic supporting daily operations, managing administrative tasks, and assisting the doctor with procedures.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the dermatology specialist clinic to maintain smooth workflow and patient service
- Perform clinic administrative tasks including stock taking and inventory management to ensure adequate medical and office supplies
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on clinic devices to ensure they function properly and safely
- Respond promptly and professionally to patient enquiries via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls to support effective communication
- Assist the doctor during clinical procedures and daily operations to facilitate patient care and treatment
- Carry out ad-hoc administrative and clinic duties as needed to support overall clinic efficiency
- Use MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic IT skills to complete documentation and administrative tasks accurately
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum GCE O Levels
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Relevant working experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred
- Enrolled or registered nurses are welcome to apply
Other Information
- Higher remuneration is negotiable for those with additional relevant experience/skills
