Working Hours / Location:
- Commit min 3 days per week! Flexible Days!
- Commit min 6 months or longer!
- 11:15am to 9pm (1 hour break)
- Location: Parkway Parade Mall
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional assistance to shoppers and tenants, ensuring excellent service and addressing inquiries promptly
- Assist with administrative tasks related to gift redemptions, mall promotions, and gift voucher sales
- Administer written and verbal feedback from the desk
- Respond to incoming calls and inquiries
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level qualification with at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Positive attitude, adaptable, and willing to learn
