Logistics Coordinator - [East | Up to $3100]
Job Description
- Employment Type: Contract (1 Year)
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
- Location: Changi South
- Salary: Up to $3100 + Completion Bonus
- No experience required
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor customer orders and shipments from order receipt through final delivery.
- Coordinate transportation and shipment activities with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as the primary contact point for customers and stakeholders on shipment status and operational matters.
- Generate and prepare quotations in accordance with customer requirements and company guidelines.
- Ensure operational activities are executed accurately and within agreed service levels.
- Provide timely, accurate, and proactive shipment updates to customers and relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor shipment milestones and proactively identify delays, service disruptions, discrepancies, and operational risks.
- Investigate shipment exceptions and collaborate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions and recovery plans.
- Communicate shipment challenges, risk impacts, and alternative solutions to customers to ensure business continuity and on-time delivery.
- Support process improvement, digitalisation, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and system updates.
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and ensure tasks are completed within agreed timelines.
- Perform ad hoc operational and customer support activities as required.
Responsibilities
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy
