📅 Contract & Working Hours
- Contract Duration: 6 months to 1 year
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (During school term only)
- Mondays may not be activated in some months, depending on programme requirements.
🎯 What You’ll Be Doing
👋 Support & Guide School Groups
- Escort and usher students between designated premises, ensuring their safety and wellbeing throughout the programme.
- Provide on-site assistance and respond to enquiries from teachers and other stakeholders.
- Help ensure each learning journey runs smoothly from start to finish.
🤝 Work with Different Stakeholders
- Coordinate with teachers, programme partners and on-site teams to manage the day's activities.
- Communicate professionally and tactfully with different stakeholders, including handling unexpected requests or concerns on-site.
- Be a reliable point of contact who helps keep everyone aligned during the programme.
📋 Support Programme Operations
- Set up and dismantle materials, equipment and resources required for tours and programmes.
- Observe how each tour runs and share feedback that can help improve the programme and student experience.
- Assist with ad hoc operational duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
💡 What We’re Looking For
- Someone who enjoys a fast-paced, people-oriented environment and being out on the ground rather than sitting at a desk.
- Comfortable with a physically active role involving extensive walking throughout the day.
- Able to communicate confidently and professionally with different groups of people.
- Able to remain calm, patient and solution-focused when handling different requests or situations.
- Comfortable working independently while also being a supportive team player.
- Responsible, proactive and attentive to the needs of students and stakeholders.
- Available to start in September 2026.
