Employment Type: Full-Time Contract / Part-Time
Full-time Salary: $2000 - $2300 per month
Part-Time Rate: $12 per hour
Event Period: Dec 2026 - Jun 2027
Location: Singapore / Bayfront
Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and provide exhibition information and assistance.
- Scan and validate tickets and handle admission enquiries.
- Manage queues, entry points and visitor flow.
- Guide visitors through exhibition and interactive zones.
- Explain activities and ensure proper visitor etiquette.
- Assist families, elderly visitors and guests requiring additional support.
- Handle visitor feedback and basic service recovery.
- Monitor assigned areas and ensure safety and operational guidelines.
- Escalate complaints, incidents and equipment issues promptly.
- Attend training and daily operational briefings.
- Support daily opening, closing and other exhibition duties.
Requirements
- Friendly, approachable and customer-service oriented
- Good communication skills with a patient and calm manner.
- Comfortable standing/walking for extended periods and working in busy environments.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, attractions or events experience is a plus.
- Interest in animation, arts or themed exhibitions is advantageous
- Professional in appearance and conduct.
- Training provided.
Availability
- Full-time applicants must be able to commit to the full event period.
- Part-time applicants must be able to commit to at least three shifts per week, including at least one weekend day.
- All applicants must be available for the required pre-event training.
