Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers in a warm, approachable manner
- Provide personalised product recommendations and styling assistance
- Develop a strong understanding of the brand’s products, collections, and key features
- Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service throughout the shopping experience
- Assist with cashiering, transactions, exchanges, and other point-of-sale activities
- Maintain visual merchandising and ensure the store is clean, organised, and well presented
- Replenish merchandise and support stock receiving, inventory counts, and stockroom organisation
- Support daily store opening and closing procedures
- Work closely with the retail team to achieve store and sales objectives
- Assist with launches, promotions, events, and other retail activities when required
What We’re Looking For
- Previous retail, fashion, lifestyle, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred
- Genuine interest in fashion, design, and contemporary lifestyle brands
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable engaging with different customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Service-oriented with good attention to detail
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays when required
