Summary:
- Monday to Friday, office hours
- UP$3600

Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end employee offboarding, including resignations, retirements and contract expiries.
- Process separations accurately within HR systems and established SLAs.
- Prepare separation documentation, including exit letters and clearance records.
- Coordinate clearance with Payroll, Finance, IT, Security and relevant institutions.
- Process work pass cancellations and update employee records where applicable.
- Monitor outstanding offboarding actions and ensure timely completion.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, service standards and records retention requirements.
- Escalate complex cases appropriately and maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of HR operations, HR shared services or HR administration experience would be of advantage.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS systems preferred.
