- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of departmental policies and ensure compliance with standard operating and service procedures.
- Supervise the proper use, handling, and upkeep of tools, equipment, and devices.
- Assess guest requirements and develop appropriate solutions to address customer service issues and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor employee morale, provide guidance, and conduct annual performance appraisals.
- Oversee the collection, checking, and submission of payroll-related documents and leave applications to the Human Resources department.
- Ensure staff follow proper operational procedures and maintain a high standard of service.
