- Can be an operation manager, supervisor

- Manage and supervise customer booking schedule and job assignment/appointment

- Manage and supervise shop operation and product stock replenishment

- Manage and supervise counter/cashier duties

- Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently, skilfully and politely

- Handle and manage staff issues

- Ensure high level service standard and excute all directives from Management
