Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Employee Lifecycle

Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned business units, managing sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer administration.
Partner closely with hiring managers to identify headcount needs, craft targeted job descriptions, and select appropriate recruitment channels.
Oversee seamless onboarding, orientation, probation tracking, internal mobility (transfers/promotions), and offboarding/exit interview processe
