Membership Consultant (Full-time)

Fitness First Singapore is looking for motivated, people-oriented individuals to join our Membership Sales team. Whether you're experienced in sales or enjoy building relationships, this is your opportunity to grow with one of the world's leading fitness brands.
What You'll Do
• Engage prospective members through walk-ins, referrals, enquiries and outreach activities
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable membership solutions
• Conduct club tours and deliver an exceptional sales experience
• Build strong relationships with prospects and members
• Achieve individual sales KPIs and contribute to club targets
• Support club events, campaigns and promotions
• Work closely with the club team to deliver an outstanding member experience
What We're Looking For
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Self-motivated and target-driven
✅ Passion for sales and customer engagement
✅ Comfortable working towards sales KPIs
✅ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
✅ Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service or telemarketing is an advantage
✅ Able to work weekends and public holidays
No fitness industry experience? No problem. Training will be provided.
