What You’ll Be Doing

Create customised training programs tailored to each member’s goals 🏋️‍♂️
Lead 1-on-1 and small group sessions with energy, expertise, and enthusiasm 💪
Stay ahead with continuous learning and professional development 📚
Be a positive, motivational presence in the club environment 🌟
Drive personal training sales and actively hit performance KPIs 💵
Build strong relationships and provide top-notch member service 🤝
Stay updated with industry knowledge and trends 🔥

What We’re Looking For

Certified Personal Trainer with relevant industry experience.
Great communication and interpersonal skills, confident in sales and client acquisition.
Strong knowledge in exercise science and nutrition.
Passion for fitness and helping others achieve results ❤️
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused, sales-driven environment.
Goal-oriented with ability to drive PT sales and meet KPIs.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Fresh entrants with the right attitude are welcome!
