Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate Retail Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment, maintain store merchandising standards, and actively contribute to achieving sales targets.

Job Description
• Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products to elevate their shopping experience.
• Accurately process transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system, handle cash and card payments, and manage cash registers in compliance with store policies.
• Maintain store presentation standards by ensuring products are properly stocked, displayed, and organized, while keeping the sales floor and surrounding areas clean and tidy.
• Support inventory management through regular restocking, stocktakes, and timely reporting of any inventory discrepancies.
• Assist with daily store operations and any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements
• Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential; comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, public holidays, and peak periods.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with a genuine passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
