Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Science Rooms, equipment, apparatus and teaching resources.
- Prepare materials and equipment for Science lessons, practical activities and experiments.
- Conduct stock-taking and maintain proper organisation of Science resources.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs of Science equipment where required.
- Maintain and care for the school’s hydroponics systems.
- Assist teachers with Science-related programmes, activities and events.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the Science Rooms and Science Enrich Corner.
- Perform other Science Room-related duties assigned by the School.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a Science Room, Science Laboratory or similar educational setting – REQUIRED.
- Applicants without the required relevant experience will not be considered.
- Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Experience in gardening/hydroponics is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Good organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
