⭐ EXAM USHERS & INVIGILATORS NEEDED! | 2-DAY EXAM
We are looking for Ushers & Invigilators for a 2-day examination assignment.
📅 Working Dates: 31 Oct & 1 Nov 2026 (Saturday & Sunday)
⏰ Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM
📍 Location: Clementi Road
📝 In-person briefing: 8 Oct 2026 (evening) – attendance required
1. Ushers ($11/hr)
Job Responsibilities:
- Guide candidates to their examination locations
- Guide candidates during toilet breaks
- Assist invigilators during toilet breaks
- Manage crowd control within the assigned area
2. Exam Invigilators ($14/hr)
Job Responsibilities:
- Admit candidates for paper-based / computer-based examinations
- Monitor candidates throughout the examination
- Verify candidates’ identification before the exam
- Ensure candidates follow examination policies
- Assist with setting up examination venues
- Distribute and collect examination papers/scripts
- Report candidates’ queries and complete invigilator reports
