*Govt* Case Executive x2 [Up to $3,200 / Hillview / 1-year]
We are looking for a meticulous and service-oriented Case Executive to support case management, service administration, and customer enquiries.
- Location: Hillview
- Salary: Up to $3,200 per month
- Duration: 1-year
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and manage cases relating to service schemes and benefits.
- Handle enquiries via phone, email and online channels, ensuring timely resolution within service standards.
- Administer service schemes, benefits, contract extensions and related processes.
- Verify and maintain accurate employee and dependent records in internal HR systems.
- Investigate data discrepancies and coordinate with IT/operations teams to resolve system-related issues.
- Manage medical and dental benefit-related cases and follow up on outstanding system issues.
- Support appeals and deviation cases in accordance with internal policies and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate case records and ensure timely follow-up on enquiries and complaints.
- Work towards service KPIs, including resolution timelines, customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Keep updated on relevant policies, directives and procedural changes.
