Overview of the Role
The ZARA Management Trainee Program is designed to develop future retail leaders through a structured learning journey. As a Management Trainee, you will gain hands-on exposure across all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer experience, visual merchandising, inventory management, commercial analysis, and people leadership. This role offers a clear progression pathway into leadership positions within the business.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Experience
Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
Drive sales performance through effective product recommendations and customer engagement.
Support the achievement of individual and store sales targets.

Commercial & Business Analysis
Analyze sales reports, KPIs, and store performance metrics.
Identify business opportunities and support commercial decision-making.
Monitor product performance and contribute ideas to maximize sales.

Product & Inventory Management
Assist in stock replenishment, inventory accuracy, and stockroom organization.
Ensure product availability and maintain efficient inventory flow.
Support operational excellence across all store functions.

Visual Merchandising
Execute visual merchandising standards in line with ZARA's brand guidelines.
Maintain attractive product displays and store presentation.
Support product placement strategies to enhance customer engagement and sales.

Team Leadership & People Development
Participate in team management activities, including scheduling and workforce planning.
Support onboarding, training, and coaching initiatives.
Develop leadership capabilities through practical exposure and mentorship.

Store Operations & Compliance
Ensure compliance with operational procedures, health and safety standards, and company policies.
Maintain a high standard of store organization and operational efficiency.
Support daily store opening and closing procedures.
