Your Role
- Welcome, register and assist patients throughout their visit.
- Manage appointments, referrals and related enquiries.
- Handle payments and assist with billing-related matters.
- Respond to patient enquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Support basic health monitoring activities such as recording height, weight and blood pressure.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Perform general administrative and clinic support duties.
- Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth patient experience.
We’re Looking For
- Minimum N/O/A Level, NITEC or Diploma qualification.
- Comfortable working with computers and digital systems.
- Customer service or healthcare experience will be an advantage.
- Positive, service-oriented and comfortable interacting with patients.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Able to work well as part of a team.
