📌 JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced SOC Operator to support the monitoring, identification and management of security incidents that may impact business operations, employee safety or the organisation.
The SOC Operator will work closely with security and regional teams during both crisis and non-crisis situations, ensuring timely incident response, accurate information gathering and effective communication with stakeholders.
📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Act as the Point of Contact (POC) for incidents, disruptions and crisis management
• Support Security Management and regional security teams
• Coordinate with Security Officers, ERT, Facilities and emergency services including Police, SCDF & EMS
• Provide timely and accurate incident updates to relevant stakeholders
• Maintain proper records of incidents, actions taken and communications
• Gather, monitor and assess information from internal and external sources
• Monitor and report faults involving alarms, CCTV and security systems
• Support operational coordination during security incidents and emergencies
🕒 SHIFT DETAILS
🔄 2 Days / 2 Nights / 2 Off
☀️ Day Shift: 0730hrs – 1930hrs
🌙 Night Shift: 1930hrs – 0730hrs
☕ 1-hour break included

📋 REQUIREMENTS
✅ Lenel Experience – Required
✅ RTT Certified
✅ Minimum 1 year SOC experience with Lenel Access Control
✅ Minimum 1 notification available
