Seeking customer-focused personnel who are confident to drive beauty product awareness, sales, and brand presence across the event.
Event 1
Date: 28 Oct 2026 - 17 Nov 2026 (Training on 22 Oct, afternoon)
Working Hours: Shift Rotation - 10am to 6pm // 2pm to 10pm (Only Thursday - Sunday)
Location: VivoCity
Salary: $14/Hr + Incentive Bonus
Event 2
Date: 17 Nov 2026 - 1 Dec 2026 (Training on 12 Nov, afternoon)
Working Hours: Shift Rotation - 10am to 6pm // 2pm to 10pm (Only Thursday - Sunday)
Location: ION Orchards
Salary: $14/Hr + Incentive Bonus
Reponsibilities:
- Engage customers and confidently introduce skincare and beauty products.
- Promote products and support sales target achievement during retail activations.
- Maintain merchandising displays, wall bays, and gondola presentations.
- Ensure cleanliness, stock replenishment, and proper product arrangement.
- Monitor product availability and report stock concerns promptly.
- Submit daily store gondola photographs with timestamps upon reporting to work.
- Provide store trend updates and market feedback to the Sales Manager.
Requirements:
- Basic skincare knowledge.
- Fluent in English for communicating with customers and stakeholders in the retail environment.
- Previous beauty, skincare, cosmetics, retail sales, or customer service experience is an added advantage.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and scheduled activation dates.
- Well-groomed and presentable appearance.Able to work independently and manage assigned retail responsibilities.
