Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm
Salary: Basic + commission
Our client is a consultancy firm specialising in licence application and regulatory compliance services for business premises. They are looking for a Sales executive to join their team. This role involves business development, client relationship management, and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and follow up with prospective clients.
- Present and sell licence application solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, and manage contracts.
- Analyse customer needs and feedback to support acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client solutions.
- Travel to client sites as required.
👤 Requirements
- Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Facilities Management or related discipline.
- Candidates with no experience but are willing to learn are welcome to apply
- Proven experience in sales or business development will be an advantage
- Familiarity with URA/ HDB/ SCDF/ SFA guidelines, codes and regulations will be an advantage
- Willingness to learn facilities management.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and resilient.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Team player with a client-first mindset.
