Job scope:
• Posting of job advertisement
• Call and interview suitable applicants; Job matching
• Attend to walk-in and incoming candidates, including registration and completion of employment documentation.
• Conduct resume screening to shortlist suitable candidates.
• Perform phone screenings and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Manage onboarding process for temporary staff, ensuring smooth deployment.
• Handle candidate and client relationship management, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
• Maintain proper filing systems and perform accurate data entry.
• Support ongoing projects and carry out additional tasks as assigned.
• Liaising with both internal and external parties
• Administrative duties including managing contracts and updating Excel
Requirements:
• Min 1-2 years of working experience in Sales/ Customer Service will be an advantage
• Willing to learn; Responsible; Must be a Team Player
• Willing to converse with people from different backgrounds
• Basic Microsoft office knowledge
