Role Description

Manage the entire customer journey from enquiry to project completion
Welcome and engage customers visiting the showroom
Understand customers’ project requirements and recommend suitable Flooring /Decking /Wall solutions
Conduct product demonstrations and site visits, including measurements and colour/material coordination
Follow up on warm leads provided by the company
Coordinate with installation and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Maintain accurate sales records, manage customer expectations, and work towards sales targets
Commission-driven role with strong earning potential

Qualifications

Strong sales and customer service skills, with a focus on achieving targets
Good communication, presentation, and active listening skills
Experience in interior design, building materials, renovation, flooring, or furnishing is preferred
Comfortable conducting site visits and meeting customers on-site
Motivated by uncapped commission and earning potential
Able to work on-site, including some weekends/evenings
Comfortable with basic office software and CRM/sales tools
Relevant diploma/degree is an advantage, but equivalent industry or showroom experience is also considered
