⏰ 10:00AM – 6:00PM
☕ 1-hour unpaid break
👕 Attire: Smart Casual
✨ DAY 2 – GALA NIGHT
📅 30 October 2026
⏰ 10:00AM – 11:00PM
☕ 2-hour unpaid break
👔 Attire: Formal black dress / top with blazer + black pants + black shoes/flats
🚕 Transport back home claimable as event ends after 10:30PM
Job Scope:
• Guide guests using handheld paddle signage
• Assist with seating arrangements and directional support
• Support guest registration
• Verify and check event badges for accuracy
• Assist with other ad-hoc event duties assigned by the in-charge
Requirements:
• Presentable, well-groomed and professional
• Friendly and comfortable interacting with guests
• Responsible and punctual
• Able to commit to both 29 & 30 October
• Able to commit to the full stated working hours
• Must own the required attire for both event days
