Full-time | Monday to Friday, office hours | Downtown MRT
The most challenging part of sales is speaking to someone who has never heard of you. 😅
The good news is that you will skip that part entirely.
You will be speaking with businesses that are already customers of the major telecommunications brand we work with. They are familiar with the name. Your role is to understand what they need today and recommend the solutions that suit them. 💼
Consider this: a business that has grown from 3 to 12 employees most likely needs more than its current plan provides. You will be the one who recognises this. 👀
A Typical Week
☀️ Morning briefing with your team
🤝 Meeting business owners and managers on the ground
💡 Recommending upgrades that genuinely suit their needs
📊 Weekly one-to-one sessions with your team leader
We will train you from the very beginning. The more you improve, the more you earn, and strong performers will not remain at trainee level for long. 🚀
To be clear, this role comes with targets, and some days will be slower than others. However, you will have the support of your team every step of the way. 💪

✅ You are a fresh graduate, have recently completed National Service, or are looking for a career change
