Overview
- - Support the Operations Executive and team members in various tasks related to events, retail, and warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- - Assist the driver in delivering marketing materials such as prints, premiums and marketing collaterals to designated locations.
- - Support in the setup and rectification of visual merchandising (VM) displays, including troubleshooting retail demos and other retail installations.
- - Help with the preparation of deployment materials for field teams.
- - Maintain the tidiness and organization of the warehouse, ensuring that materials are properly stored and easily accessible.
- - Provide additional support in the shifting and movement of items as needed for various events and projects.
- - Perform ad hoc tasks as required to ensure smooth operational flow.
Requirements & Qualifications
- - Class 3 Driving License advantageous but not crucial
- - Work experience in visual merchandising, IT Retail advantageous but not crucial
- - 5 Day Work Week (10am – 7pm). May be required to work paid OT beyond stipulated working hours to support urgent events, roadshows or deployments
- - Male applicants must have completed National Service (NS)
