HR Operations Specialist | Up to $3,600 | 1-Year Contract
Responsibilities
- Handle employee onboarding, offboarding and HR documentation.
- Manage work pass applications and renewals.
- Prepare employment contracts and manage probation and confirmation.
- Support employees and managers on HR matters.
- Maintain employee records and update HR systems.
- Assist with payroll, HR reports and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations.
- Coordinate with operations teams on HR matters.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in HR, Business or a related field.
- Good knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and work passes.
- Experience supporting frontline or technical employees is an advantage.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Position Details
- Basic Salary: Up to $4000 per month
- Contract: 1 year, with potential conversion to permanent employment
- Location: 5-min walk from Pasir Panjang MRT
