Looking for a flexible part-time role where you can gain customer service experience in a welcoming environment?
Join us as a Part-Time Visitor Service Associate and help provide visitors with a smooth and pleasant experience.
Location: Simei
Work Schedule: Weekends Only
Rotating Shifts:
Morning Shift: 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Afternoon Shift: 2:30 PM to 10:00 PM
Your Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors at the gantry.
Register visitors and verify their details according to established procedures.
Provide friendly and professional customer service.
Assist with crowd management and ensure smooth visitor flow.
Respond to general enquiries and provide appropriate assistance.
Perform basic administrative and computer-related tasks.
Support other operational duties as required.
Requirements
Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented personality.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills.
Reliable, responsible, and able to work well in a team.
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
No prior experience required. Training will be provided where necessary.
