Call Centre Agent (To Support Singapore Gov Project)
$13/hr
6 months contract or longer
Working Hours: 9AM-5PM Monday to Friday
Location: Ubi Road 4
As a Customer Care Officer, you will be the frontline ambassador of our organization, delivering timely, accurate, and empathetic support to both internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for Members of Public, handling enquiries professionally and confidently.
- Build strong understanding of customer needs, anticipate concerns, and deliver solutions with customer satisfaction as a priority.
- Provide clear explanations and take ownership of issues through effective follow-up and resolution.
- Accurately document all interactions in the designated case management system.
- Maintain high standards of communication, empathy, and professionalism in every interaction with Members of Public.
- Coordinate with internal Points of Contact (POCs) and external stakeholders to ensure timely case resolution and closure.
