We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associates who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
- Provide expert product knowledge, including features, benefits, and styling advice, to help customers make confident purchasing decisions.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and customer engagement.
- Maintain outstanding store presentation and ensure visual merchandising meets brand standards.
- Support stock replenishment and inventory organisation to keep the sales floor well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Stay up to date with the latest fashion trends, sneaker culture, and brand collections.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle brands.
- Passion for fashion, sneakers, and contemporary retail culture.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- A positive, proactive attitude with a collaborative team mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
