Job Description:
- Conduct random checks on parcels to ensure SOP is followed.
- Check for quality issues and report any problems to the supervisor.
- Assist in basic investigation of operational issues and errors.
- Identify repeated errors and support actions to prevent them from happening again.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned based on warehouse needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum Secondary School education or NITEC in Supply Chain Management or related disciplines.
- At least 3 months of experience in warehouse, logistics, e-commerce, or a related environment is preferred.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
- Good attention to detail and able to identify errors or discrepancies.
- Basic problem-solving skills and able to follow up on operational issues.
- Good computer literacy and comfortable using warehouse systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to carry items of up to 15kg when required.
- Able to work on a 5-day shift schedule, including weekends.
- Inventory experience in logistics or e-commerce operations will be an advantage.
