IT SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities
- Installation and maintenance of all company hardware and software
- Troubleshoot, repair and configure hardware and software systems
- Perform helpdesk support for end-users
- Perform updates of operating system and firmware to the required hardware
- Ensure the service and system is returned to an operational state as soon as possible
- Familiar with the risks and hazards within the activities, processes of the role and procedures, practices and measures in place to mitigate risks
- Maintain all IT related infrastructure
- Maintain inventory and IT asset tracking
- Ensure that all appliances are in compliance with our standards and security measures
- Participate and actively support company initiatives
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma / ITE in Information Technology or Electronic Engineering
- Minimum one year of relevant IT experience
- Basic knowledge of networking, window servers and file permission
- Good knowledge of computer hardware
- Resourceful and able to resolve problems independently using online and offline resources
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to perform with minimum supervision
