Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via email and ensure timely follow-up.
- Perform basic transaction checks and verify required forms and documentation.
- Meet customers face-to-face when required to address their service needs.
- Engage customers considering policy surrender, understand their concerns and explain relevant product features and available alternatives.
- Support customer retention efforts by presenting suitable options in accordance with company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups and outcomes.
- Work closely with the Contact Centre Team Lead and internal teams to ensure proper handling of customer requests.
- Provide general customer service and administrative support as required.
Job Requirements
- Able to commit from Mid Nov 26- Mid Jan 27
- Working Hours- M-F (830am-530pm)
- Salary: $2,500-$3,000
- Some Customer Service experience required
