岗位职责
- 饮品制作： 严格按照公司配方与标准，制作奶茶、水果茶等饮品，确保口感、质量与外观的一致性。
- 客户服务： 热情接待顾客，准确点单，提供产品推荐，确保良好的顾客体验。
- 收银与订单处理： 负责现金、POS机及数字化支付，管理日常销售报表，确保订单准确无误。
- 门店与设备维护： 保持工作台、设备和器具的清洁卫生，严格遵守新加坡食品局（SFA）食品卫生标准及公司SOP。
- 库存与补货： 监控原料库存，及时补货，负责日常盘点并协助收货。
任职要求
- 无需经验（提供系统培训）。
- 工作态度积极、主动、有责任心。
- 具备良好的沟通能力与团队协作精神。
- 能够适应轮班制，包括周末及公共假期。
