Bello Ice is a Mediterranean gelato store offering premium products and exceptional hospitality.
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, lead the team and maintain high standards of service. The ideal candidate is organised, proactive and understands the importance of delivering a consistently excellent guest experience.
The Role
Your responsibilities include:
- Supervising daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow
- Leading, training and supporting the team
- Maintaining high standards of customer service and hospitality
- Monitoring inventory, stock levels and product availability
- Ensuring cleanliness, organisation and compliance with food safety standards
- Managing staff schedules and supporting daily operational planning
- Handling guest feedback and resolving issues professionally
We are looking for someone who is:
- Responsible, organised and detail-oriented
- Confident in leading a team and making decisions
- Professional and committed to high service standards
- Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
- Composed and efficient during busy periods
- Experienced in F&B or hospitality; experience in a supervisory role is a strong advantage
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher
- Food safety certificate
- Shift work (5-day work week, including weekends & Public Holidays)
- F&B or hospitality experience is a strong plus
