岗位 管理培训生（营运方向） POSITION Management Trainee (Operations) 月薪 2,800.00 3,500.00 MONTHLY SALARY 门户职业 MANAGEMENT TRAINEE OCCUPATION 职位简介 通过前厅、后厨协调及门店营运轮岗，培养为值班经理、店长及营运经理。 ROLE SUMMARY Rotate through front-of-house, kitchen coordination and outlet operations, with a development path towards Duty Manager, Store Manager and Operations Manager roles. 主要职责 • 轮岗学习开店、营业和闭店流程 / Rotate through opening, trading and closing routines KEY RESPONSIBILITY • 协助排班、培训、库存、现金和营运记录 / Support rostering, training, inventory, cash and operating records • 在高峰期支援前厅工位并协调后厨出品 / Support front-of-house stations and coordinate kitchen output during peak periods • 跟进顾客反馈、服务标准和现场问题 / Follow up customer feedback, service standards and on-floor issues • 完成阶段培训及岗位能力考核 / Complete structured training and role-based assessments 工作经验 欢迎应届毕业生；有餐饮、烘焙、零售、酒店或实习经验者优先。 WORK EXPERIENCE Fresh graduates are welcome; F&B, bakery, retail, hospitality or internship experience is preferred. 最低经验 0 MIN RELATED
