Call Centre Agent (Government Project)
Contract Duration: 1 Year
Salary: $13 per hour (approximately $2,100–$2,300 per month)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Work Location: Central East (Greenwich)
Hiring: Immediate – Fast Hiring
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from members of the public.
- Answer callers’ enquiries professionally and courteously.
- Record call details and update information accurately in the system.
- Provide clear guidance and relevant information to callers.
- Assist callers with their enquiries in accordance with project guidelines and procedures.
- Escalate complex enquiries to the relevant department when necessary.
Job Requirements
- Able to communicate clearly and handle telephone enquiries professionally.
- Basic computer skills and accurate data entry.
