💰 Pay: $15 per hour
🕒 Working Hours: 24–30 hours per week
🏠 Work Arrangement: Remote / Work From Home
📅 Schedule: Mainly weekends, with some weekday shifts
This is a freelance role ideal for someone who is competent in managing remote operations, customer experience and coordination work. Possibility of converting to a full-time employment position for the right candidate.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage customer bookings and appointment scheduling for home spa
- Support daily operations to ensure smooth and seamless service experience
- Implement established sales tactics to maximise appointment bookings
- Process customer purchases and prepare invoices
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Detail-oriented and able to follow established procedures
- Comfortable working independently
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
Working Hours
- As needed basis, typically weekends 10am to 10pm and some weekdays 7am-10pm
Good to Have
- Experience in the spa, wellness, hospitality, or service industry
- Familiarity with accounting system, booking system and CRM system
