CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE @ JURONGEAST | UP TO $3100/MONTH | TRANSPORT PROVIDED | OFFICE HOUR | FFL
Location: Penjuru (Company bus from Jurong East)
Salary Range: $2800 - $3100
Working Hours: Monday to Friday Office Hours
Job Description:
- Handle order processing, verify customer orders, prepare orders
- Coordinate with planners, booking agents, ship operators and customers to monitor supply schedules, vessel
- Address customer enquiries and complaints by providing suitable solutions, maintaining effective communication
- Other Adhoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years in Logistics/Marine operations
- Proficient in MS Office
